Soft delicious rava iddli

#Rc very healthy and yummy breakfast today

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat 1tbs oil add cumin seeds, curry leaves and cashew roast and when cool little churn in the mixy

* Step 2

Now take 1 tsp oil heat it and crackle mustard and both dal after cool it add in the roasted rava

* Step 3

Now add salt and churn items in the rava add curd and make a smooth iddli batter

* Step 4

If seems thick put 1/4 cup water and keep it aside for 10 minutes

* Step 5

Now boil the water in iddli container and grease the iddli mould

* Step 6

When everything ready now mix eno powder with 1 tsp water sprinkle and mix nicely

* Step 7

Now pour the mixture in grease iddli mould and steam 10-15 minutes or test with knife or tooth pick

* Step 8

When it is clear now cool little and take out from the mould and serve with coconut chutney and somber I serve with coconut chutney

* Step 9
