Lauki ki sabji (bottle gourd) with punjabi wadi
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean and cut the lauki as u desired
* Step 2
Heat a cooker add 2 tbs oil and little fry the wadi it is made of urad
* Step 3
Now make masala with onion tomato purée garlic ginger sauté one by one till leaves the oil
* Step 4
Now add lauki and roast it for 5 minutes add 2 cups of water and whistle it for 3-4 whistle
* Step 5
Gravy should be ur choice watery or thick garnish with coriander leaves
* Step 6
Serve hot with rice and chappattis
