Moong dal pakodi or magodi (yellow lentil)

Fry and use for snacks and make curd mangodi chaat or raita or make in gravy everyway it is tasty

Ingredient

Onion chopped

asafoetida

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak yellow dal for 3-4 hours. Strain water and grind it in the mixy for fine paste

* Step 2

Now take in a bowl add salt, asafoetida onion and green chilli mix well and add baking soda

* Step 3

On the other side heat oil in a frying pan at the time of making only add eno it gives good results

* Step 4

Now pour with hand little mixture in hot oil and fry till golden brown

* Step 5

Now enjoy with tomato sauce

* Step 6

If you are using in raita or chat put in hot water as much mangodi you want when soft squeeze water and add in the beaten curd

* Step 7

Garnish with red chilli and cumin powder by adding salt
