Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take gramflour in a bowl.add 1 tbsp ghee and milk.Mix it properly forming crumble texture
* Step 2
Sieve the crumble texture to remove all lumps from it
* Step 3
Heat the ghee in kadhai. Add crumbled gramflour and roast on slow flame till you get proper brown colour stirring continuously.
* Step 4
Keep stirring so that it doesn't stick at the base
* Step 5
Once you get proper aroma and colour,add grated evaporated t and mix well,off the flame.
* Step 6
Add cardamon powder and let it cool.
* Step 7
Make 1 and 1/2 string sugar syrup in another bowl.
* Step 8
Transfer the sugar syrup in roasted flour mixture and mix well.Set it in greased plate.
* Step 9
Sprinkle almond slices on top.Make square shape and allow it to set for 2 hrs.
