All these spices have great medicinal value for weight loss .Fennel boosts the metabolism, which will help you to burn fat more quickly. Cinnamon and cloves help to carve your craving for food as well as boosting metabolism. Similarly ginger also helps controlling blood sugar level which is an important factor to be healthy.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

1 cup

water

1 teaspoon

crushed Ginger

1/2 teaspoon

Cinnamon powder

4-5 drops

lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon

honey (optional)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a cup of water.

* Step 2

Add all the ingredients except lemon juice and honey.

* Step 3

Give it a boil.

Simmer for 5 minutes more and remove from heat.

* Step 5

Cover and keep aside for 6-8 minutes to infuse the ingredients well in the water.

* Step 6

Add lemon juice and honey (you can avoid honey) and strain the tea in a cup.

Take it warm after meal.
