Oats guava parfait

#less_than_5_ingredients_recipe This is a very healthy 4 ingredient vegan dessert can be taken as breakfast also.The combination of guava and coconut milk is simply awesome . No need to add sugar as this dessert is mildly sweet with natural sweetness from guava and coconut.

Ingredient

1/2 cup

oats

1/2 cup

guava pulp

3 tbsp

chia seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak chia seeds with 1/2 cup of water overnight.

* Step 2

In a pan heat 1 cup coconut milk, add oats and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.

* Step 3

In a bowl mix together 1 cup coconut milk and guava pulp(bought from store)

* Step 4

Now in a serving glass place some oats porridge, then layer with some soaked chia seeds. Then again layer with oats and finally top with guava coconut mixture.

* Step 5

Oats guava parfait is ready. Garnish as you like and serve it cold or at room temperature.
