Bhindi Fry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash, dry and trim the ends of Bhindi. Cut into 1” pieces.
* Step 2
In a kadai heat oil. Add in mustard seeds and jeera. Once it splutters, add in crushed garlic, curry leaves and sauté until aromatic. Add in chopped Bhindi and sauté on high flame for 2 minutes. Cook on medium flame for 8 minutes. Do not cover with lid.
* Step 3
Add in sliced onions and sauté. Cook until Bhindi is cooked. Add in turmeric powder, chili powder, mango powder and mix well. Add salt taste and switch off the flame.
* Step 4
Bhindi fry is ready to be served along with roti, steamed rice and dal/sambar.
