Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine the spinach, broccoli, apple, ginger, and 16 oz of the water in the blender. Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes or until smooth. Turn off the blender and check consistency. Add water as needed. Pour into a chilled glass, stir and serve. Can be refrigerated in a blender jar, shaker cup or Mason jar for up to 12 hours. Blend briefly or Shake well before serving.
* Step 2
Tip: Double the broccoli, leave out the apple, and squeeze in half a lemon at the finish for a hard-core green, alkali zing detox juice. You'll need all 20 oz of water for this green giant.
