Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roughly chop the cucumber, ginger, apple and celery to a size that will fit in the juicer chute. Add the cucumber to the juicer first, followed by by the ginger, apple and celery.

* Step 2

Pour into chilled glass, stir and serve. Can be refrigerated in a shaker cup for Mason jar up to 12 hours.

* Step 3

Shake well or use a handheld immersion blender before serving.
