Sujuk with hummus
Sujuk is a spicy sausage that looks similar to chorizo, usually made of minced lamb or beef and fat. It’s very popular in Lebanon and Turkey and it’s very tasty.
There are different ways to enjoy sujuk and this is one of them

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Remove the sujuk’s outer skin. Cut the sujuk into small slices
* Step 2
Heat oil and fry the sujuk. 3 minutes on each side
* Step 3
2 minutes before you remove from the heat add the pine nuts and fry until golden brown.
* Step 4
Add on top of the hummus with its oil and serve with pita bread!
