Roasted beetroot with vinegar and pomegranate molasses
Great as a side with your Sunday fish or anything actually 😁

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Slice the beetroots. Move to a baking tray. Toss with olive oil, salt, chopped garlic and rosemary.
* Step 3
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
* Step 4
Add the mixture of vinegar and pomegranate molasses. Toss, and back to the oven for another 10-15 minutes
* Step 5
Each slice of beetroot will perfectly caramalised and super flavourful! Enjoy 😊
