Kale, roasted pumpkin and goat cheese salad

Yesterday I made sautéed kale and roasted pumpkin. Combining them together resulted in a great salad!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large bowl, spread a layer of sautéed kale and mushroom, then add some peeled roasted pumpkin, goat cheese crumbles, and a handful of walnuts and dried cranberries
* Step 2
Finish with a drizzle of olive oil on top and serve.
