Zaatar salmon for zaatar lovers
My mum gave me “a few kilograms” of zaatar when I was in Lebanon so now I’m trying to use it with almost everything!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl, mix the zaatar with olive oil
* Step 2
In a pan, melt the butter, fry the garlic clove then add the salmon and a bit of soy sauce on it
* Step 3
Add the zaatar mixture to the salmon and fry for almost 2 minutes on each side
* Step 4
In the same pan I sautéed some eggplant and mushroom with soy and a bit of olive oil.
