Powdered milk from scratch

So I've been doing a small test as didn't want to mess up, but this is actually quite easy to do. You can do bulk amounts and then store it. Less sugar than packets if dry milk too.

Ingredient

20 min & drying
250 ml

I used

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add milk to clean milk pan start off on high then brin down to a low stirring constantly.

* Step 2

Bringing any thick bits from the sides after about 10/15 minutes it will start to thicken.

* Step 3

Spread out on a lined baking tray in oven on a low to medium heat separating bits when the dry.

* Step 4

I put mine through a strainer scraping down with a knife but if you have a lot a hand blender or a full blender. If hand blender try a cover or bits will fly out.

* Step 5

Once that's done you can put in a sealed clean dry container.
