Steaks protein kick, from being on a diet for 3 months myself and my husband have lost 5 stone between us from only eating chicken breast and salad each day. So for two days were building our strength with some steaks. 11 Oz Aberdeen Angus, some rump, rib eye and 8 oz sirloin.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Fry your steaks in a little oil searing both sides first.
About 3 minutes per side.
* Step 2
Then cook further to your desired preference of steak.
* Step 3
We like ours well cooked 😋
