Flaxseed crackers

Lovely snack for dieting and simple to make and quick too. Gluten free

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix altogether into a ball if sticky add a little more flaxseed.

* Step 2

Get some greaseproof paper and put mixture on top, fold the other side of paper on top and roll thin or thick whatever you like. When rolled out peel the top of paper off and place in oven, score the flaxseed crackers first then they will be easier to cut.

* Step 3

Cook for 25 minutes checking every 5 minutes. When cooked cut into pieces and serve.
