Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix egg whites in a mixer with the sugar, leave to whip for about 10 minutes
* Step 2
Add double cream and icing sugar and vanilla together and whisk until thick peaks form.
* Step 3
Put meringue in the oven for about 10 minutes at 180.
* Step 4
Chop strawberries in various shapes and set neatly on the plate
* Step 5
Pipe cream around the meringue and fill with strawberries
