Dedicated to my close aunty a breast cancer survivor and to my cousin Ovary Cancer survivor!
This is a delicious, nutritious and healthy smoothie with fruits and seeds.
There is no need to add any sweetner, the sweetness of the fig, banana, Goji Berry and Grape is enough to sweeten this smoothie!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rinse the melon, sunflower seeds in running water for 30-60 secs and soak it for half an hour, use the water don't throw it away. Soak the Goji Berry and Oats too. This will soften the ingredients a bit and will make a smooth smoothie.
* Step 2
In a blender or mixer grinder jar add all the ingredients (keep few Goji Berry for topping), grind and blend it into a smooth smoothie. Put in a glass and top it with the Pumpkin seeds, Flaxseed, Poppy Seeds, Goji Berry and any nuts of your choice. Enjoy !
