Aam Panna Popsicle

Sometimes I make it fresh and have it and when I have excess of raw green mango then I make Aam Panna concentrate and keep it in fridge and whenever I feel like I just add water and dilute and have it and sometimes turn it into popsicle, this is also a great way to preserve Aam Panna, either have it direct as popsicle or you can dilute it in water and have it as Aam Panna drink.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel and separate the pulp of the boiled or roasted raw green mangoes. Put everything in a blender and blend it. Adjust the sugar, salt, Lemon juice seasoning as per your taste, as taste buds vary from person to person. I have kept the consistency thick as I am going to freeze to make popsicles. If you want to have it direct as Aam Panna Drink, add water & dilute it further and adjust all ingredients as per taste.

Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze it. Whenever you feel like have it after it's frozen. You can add soaked chia seeds also...like I have done for few. You can directly have popsicles or melt, dilute with more water and have it as Aam Panna drink. It's refreshing!
