Avocado Toast with Sunnyside egg - Healthy & Nutritious B/F

#pepper #spiceweek5 #cookpadindia #Healthy #nutritious In this avocado toast topped with Sunnyside egg, I have not simply added the avocado sliced but turned it into guacamole, which doesn't take much time. This way the toast becomes tastier. You can simply have it like this also but I love to top it with a sunnyside egg, which makes it more nutritious. I love the aroma and flavor of freshly crushed peppercorns be it black or white. I have used both types in this - one to make the Guacamole and the other sprinkled on top of the Sunnyside egg. #post3

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut and scoop the avocado, add lemon juice, and smash with the back of the spoon in a rough paste. Add other ingredients along with freshly crushed white or black peppercorns, salt as per taste.

* Step 2

Now toast the bread slices in an electric toaster or tawa. Spread the Guacamole on each slice. In a pan, heat oil and prepare the Sunnyside egg, season it with salt and freshly crushed black peppercorns. Once done place it on the bread slices with Guacamole one by one or you can simply have it with Guacomole.

* Step 3

For Perfect Sunnyside Egg- Soft, non- browned and non- chewy edges. Heat a non stick pan, brush little oil/ ghee and spread it. The pan should be just enough heated, crack an egg or two as needed in the pan, keep the flame low from the beginning. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Cover it and put off the flame. Let it cook in its residue heat for 1-2 minutes till the white of the egg coagulates but not the yolk. In this way you will get a soft egg with runny yolk, non-browned, non- chewy Sunnyside Egg.
