Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the ingredients and make a dough by adding water as needed. Let it rest for half an hour.

Heat oil in a kadai / pan.Make small dough balls and roll out, make holes with a fork so that it doesn't puff up while frying and then cut into triangular shape, in whatever way you feel easy. Deep fry it in hot oil but don't overheat the oil, adjust flame accordingly so that it doesn't brown/ burn as soon as you put in the hot oil. Once done keep it on a kitchen tissue paper to absorb the excess oil. Your Nachos is ready, eat it just like this or have it with Salsa or Cheesy Dip!
