Rosemary Chili Oil Wholemeal Cookies

First time trying out cookies and they turned out pretty well. Of course I had to go for non-traditional flavours.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Aprox 12 cookys

Cooking time :

1/2 cup

chili oil

1

egg

1 tablespoon

baking powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Rub in the oil into the flour, salt, and baking powder.

* Step 2

Add in the other ingredients and mix gently, retaining the crumbly texture of the dough.

* Step 3

Section into roughly round shapes and place in a greased oven tray.

* Step 4

Bake for 10 min then reduce heat to 150 for another 10. These timings and temps are only experimental so check constantly to settle on ideal ones.

* Step 5

Leave to cool when ready and store or serve.
