Batata Vada easy and quick recipe made with leftovor potato sabji , green chilli, gram flour 😋 rice flour 😋😋😋
Ingredient

20-25 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mash the potato well, if chunks are very large.
* Step 2
Adjust seasoning by adding more salt and chillies.
Make round ping pong sized balls and keep aside.
Mix all the ingredients of batter well, adding enough water.
* Step 3
Batter should be thick enough to coat back of spoon.
Heat oil for deep frying, in a frying pan.
* Step 4
Dip one ball into batter at a time, and let into hot oil.
Repeat few at a time. Deep fry till light golden and crisp.
* Step 5
Drain and serve hot with chutney or sauce..
