Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take 1/2 cup desi ghee in a pan Add 10-12 almonds

Fry almonds mildly

* Step 3

Add 12 cashows & gry along with almonds

* Step 4

Add some pistachio, and continue to fry all dry fruits

* Step 5

Take them out in a bowl

Time to fry Makhana in ghee

* Step 7

Once they are mildly fried, add 1 cup Roti Atta (Wheat Flour)

* Step 8

Add 1 tsp Coriander Seeds and roast along with Makhana and Atta (Alternatively you can also crush the seeds and add too)

Keep stirring till flour gets pink color for 10-15 min

* Step 10

Now add coconut powder (Alternative you can add coconut too after frying in ghee)

* Step 11

Now take out everything in the bowl

Let the mixture cool down

Then add 1/2 cup powdered sugar in it Mix everything Atte ki Panjiri is ready.

While serving it please garnish with Tulsi leaves and dry fruits.
