Ingredient

Food ration :

10-12 ladoo

Cooking time :

25-30 minutes
1 1/2 Litre

Milk

1/4 cup

Sugar

as required

Water

as per requirement

Ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the milk and add lemon juice

Stir the milk till it is curdled

Strain the milk to remove the chenna

Pour some cold water on the chenna and keep it aside Ball some milk, once the milk starts boiling add the sugar Mix well, add cardamom powder, and the chenna
