#RSC #milkbarfi Easy quick yummy recipe Homemade πŸ˜‹ milk burfi.... A classical milk-based fudge or dessert recipe made with evaporated milk solids and milk powder. it is a perfect dessert sweet snack for the festival season and can be easily shred with friends and family.

Ingredient

3/4 cup

1 cup

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly, in a bowl take 2Β½ cup milk powder, ΒΎ cup sugar and 1 cup milk.

* Step 2

Whisk and mix well until everything is well combined.

* Step 3

Transfer the mixture to a large Kadai.

* Step 4

Recommend using a nonstick pan to prevent it from sticking also, add ΒΌ cup ghee and mix well on low flame.

* Step 5

Keep stirring on low flame until the mixture thickens.

* Step 6

The mixture will hold the shape and starts to separate the pan after 10 minutes.

* Step 7

Do not overcook, as the burfi will turn hard.

* Step 8

And if the mixture is undercooked then it turns chewy.

* Step 9

Transfer the burfi dough to the tray lined with baking paper.

Press gently, making sure it's leveled up.

Top with a few chopped pistachios, and almonds and press gently.

* Step 12

Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until it sets completely.

* Step 13

After 1 hour, unmould the burfi and cut it with a sharp knife.

* Step 14

Finally, the milk burfi recipe tastes great for a week when stored in an airtight container.
