1 1/2 cups

chopped penne

1 tbsp

olive oil

1 tbsp

fresh cream

as per taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a pan add the garlic and saute on a medium flame for 30 seconds

* Step 2

Add the Blanched tomatoes, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes, while stirring occasionally

Add the tomato ketchup, chilies flakes, dried oregano, salt and fresh cream, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minutes, while stirring occasionally

* Step 4

Add the basil, cooked penne mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1-2 minutes, while stirring continuously keep aside.

Garnish with cheese and serve immediately with garlic bread
