Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

15 minutes
2 cups

milk

1 cup

ghee

2 spoons

malai

2 spoons

milk powder

1/4 cup

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan and put a ghee. Heat it.

* Step 2

Put a ground coconut and stir it for 1-2 mins. Now add milk and stir it again.

* Step 3

Once milk is dried then add sugar to it.

* Step 4

Stir it continuously so that it does not stick to the pan.

* Step 5

Then add milk powder and malai and stir it till oil comes out.

* Step 6

Add elaichi powder if you wish to.

* Step 7

Now turn off the flame and let it cool for 5-10 mins.

* Step 8

Separate the mixture in two parts.

* Step 9

To one part add red color essence and leave the second part as white.
