Cooking instructions

* Step 1

At first, fry broken wheat with a little amount of ghee on a low flame for 5 to 10 minutes.

* Step 2

Add an adequate amount of water and cook till it became soft

* Step 3

Cook till water evaporates and garnish with desiccated coconut

* Step 4

Cook, it covered after that add the remaining ghee, jaggery powder, and cardamom powder.
