Stuffed moong dal chilla

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
At first wash and soak moong dal for 6 hours. Soak rice flour with one cup of water for 10 minutes
* Step 2
Grind whole moong dal with jeera, two kinds of Chillies and piece of Ginger. Add this mixture to soaked rice flour gradually add salt give a perfect mix
* Step 3
Take oil in a kadai, add jeera, chopped ginger and garlic. Gradually add Chopped tomatoes, onion, capsicum and matar.Add haldi, chilli powder and salt fry for 10 minutes after wards add crushed panner and coriander.cook for ten minutes in low flame.
* Step 4
Heat the tawa spread as dosa.place bhurji in between, brush some oil.fold from both sides.
Serve with chutney 😋😋
