Dahi matar ki sabzi

#ws1_Dahi matar ki sabji is perfect in winters, it goes well with hot rice, I give a small twist by adding small amount of soya chunks in it.

Ingredient

Red Chilli powder

to taste

kasuri methi

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak Soya granules in lukewarm water for 5 minutes wash it properly squeeze it and keep it aside.

* Step 2

Grind dahi, tamatar and baesan.

* Step 3

Take oil in a kadai add jeera, chilli and Kadi patta. Gradually add dahi, followed by all masalas, sugarand salt gradually add soya chunks and matar give a perfect boil of 10 minutes. Lastly add kasuri methi and put off the gas
