Gobhi ka saag

#cookwithseeds____Yesterday I purchased half kilo gobhi The leaves were so tender so I collected all the tender leaves from gobhi . Prepared first time by asking to my mom. This is the version generally people of Odisha prefer cook pumpkin leaves.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean and wash and finally chopped gobhi leaves. Take oil in a,add garlic, cumin seeds, moong dal,

* Step 2

Chillies fry for 2 minutes add onion try for another 2 minutes then add gobhi leaves add salt. Cook covered in a low flame for 10 minutes lastly add sugar mix well.
