Ingredient

fine semolina

3 tablespoon

sugar

1/2 cup

curd

1/2 cup

milk cream

1/4 cup

oil

1 teaspoon

baking powder

1/2 cup

f hot milk

1/2 cup

water

1 tablespoon

rose water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take one vessel_mix sugar,curd, cream and oil for 5min.

* Step 2

Gradually add semolina, coconut and baking powder,mix it,add required amount of milk,mix keep it aside for 5 minutes. Grease the mould with oil and sprinkle some semolina,pour the batter, give a perfect cut to the batter and place some dry fruits over it. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes then place the the mould cook for another 25 minutes at 180 degree of of centigrade.

* Step 3

Mix sugar and water andadd lemon and rose water into it cook for only two minutes still sugar dissolved.pour this mix on cake while hot.
