Chintapandu means tamarind ,
in a watery form. It is generally have with hot rice and any non veg gravy. If you have this Charu with non-veg you feel light it and get digest easily dueto Sour nes of tamarind.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil tamarind, Kadi Patta,haldi and half tomato with two hundred ml of water for 20 minutes.
* Step 2
Add salt it put the gas off. Put oil in a Kadhai add add all ingredients mentioned for tempering then gradually pour boiled tamarind water and through away tamarind.
