Healthy Makhana Salad

This is a very easy salad recipe A must try!! Super yummy!! Very healthy and filling too.. Check out the details and recreate with ease.. #salad #SC2 #cookpad

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl, put chopped onion, cucumber and tomato. Add black salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, fresh green chillies and coriander leaves. Squeeze lemon juice. Mix them all very nicely.

* Step 2

Next add 1/2 the mixture of dry roasted makhana, peanut and chana. Mix all very well. Keep 1/2 quantity of makhana, peanut and chana mixture, to top the salad, just before serving, to give a nice crunch.
