This is a very easy dessert having nice flavour of fennel.

Fennel has many health benefits...so must be certainly consumed regularly in different dishes...other than mukhwaas.
So this apple compote with fennel flavour is a delicious clue.

apples
1/2 tbsp
fennel seeds
as per taste
Honey (as per your requirement)
300 ml
water
1 pinch
salt
as per need
Few kishmish
2 cups
Oreo ice-cream
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take 2 apples, cut it into small pieces. Heat water, add salt, fennel seeds.
* Step 2
As it boils, add cinnamon powder. Now add pieces of apples.
* Step 3
Cover and cook till apples become soft. Keep consistency as you like.
* Step 4
As it's ready, add honey. Adjust sweetness as you like.
* Step 5
It's ready...cool it... Put handful of almonds, pumpkin seeds and kishmish...Serve with ice-cream.
