Cardamom flavoured eggless wheat flour- jaggery cake
This cake is having the flavour of the spice queen "CARDAMOM"..
IT IS A HEALTHIER VERSION AS IT IS MADE WITH WHEAT FLOUR AND JAGGERY..
IT IS MOIST AS WELL AS TASTY . MOREOVER IT IS EGGLESS...
HAVE SOME OF IT GUILT FREE..

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Start by greesing the baking tray. Next preheat oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Next take 1/2 cup milk, into it squeeze lemon juice and mix. Keep aside, it curdles. Now in a mixing bowl, put jaggery powder.
* Step 3
Add curdled milk and whip mix till it dissolves.
* Step 4
As jaggery powder is dissolved, take a sieve. Sieve down wheat flour, baking soda and baking powder.
* Step 6
Into that add the most important component for flavour and aroma "CARDAMOM".
* Step 7
Now mix it in one direction, by cut and fold method. Add the curdled milk and mix. Add normal milk to adjust consistency.
* Step 8
When you get perfect cake batter, pour the batter into the greased baking dish.Garnish with cashewnuts.
* Step 9
Put for baking. Bake for 25 minutes. Check if required bake 5 minutes more. Then poke and check. Knife must come out clean.
As it's done, take out and let cool. Demould then.

Cut and enjoy.
If you want to decorate. Dust some cardamom flavoured powdered sugar.
But this is totally optional. Want to keep it sugar-free then just, plain and simple cut and enjoy having the cake.
