Baked crispy pork on toast
Crispy pork toast is a Thai-style snack. For the traditional method, it is made by deep-frying. In this recipe I use baking and it still preserve its texture and crispiness without excessive oiliness.

* Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 200c.
* Step 2
For the pork paste : mix garlic, butter, salt and pork. Thinly spread on one side of each bread slices.
* Step 3
Bake for 15 min, until they turn brown and crispy.
