Palak Pakoda
#brf
While roaming in the market, I found ladies selling varieties of leafy vegetables/Saag and fresh Spinach saag was there in Odisha in this time. The ladies explained to me about growing Palak in "Hydroponics"(water) with plant nutrients. Not in soil. They are also using a cooler for the plants as well as for them in hot summer. Hydroponic plans don't need soil.
