Ingredient

Food ration :

3/4 cup

fresh curd

1/3 cup

milk

2 Tbsp

rooh afza

1/2 Tsp

rock salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a blender add the curd and milk first.

* Step 2

Then rhoo afza herbal syrup

* Step 3

Followed by lemon juice, rock salt and dry ginger powder. If required 1 Tsp sugar powder can be used.

* Step 4

Blend in pulse mode till all ingredients blended well. Transfer to a serving glass with mint leaves and serve.
