Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sago flour and peanut powder made at home with sago and peanuts respectively as shown in pictures.
* Step 3
Mix and prepare a smooth paste of sago flour, peanut powder, boiled potatoes and grated coconut with little water as required.
* Step 4
Add all the dry ingredients mentioned above and chopped green chilli, coriander leaves and curry leaves.
* Step 5
Make the saga flour vadas.
* Step 6
Serve with coriander leaves and chana daal chutney.
