Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Arrange and assemble the ingredients. Heat oil and splutter cumin and mustard seeds. Add hing powder and saute.
* Step 2
Then road both urad daal and chana daal with groundnuts and dry chilli. Mix curry leaves, chopped onion and ginger. Saute till rawness goes well.
* Step 3
Add all the veggies mentioned, salt, turmeric, coriander leaves. Mix well.
* Step 4
Wash flattered rice/chuda/poha 3/4 times. Add to the masala mix cooked. Sprinkle sambar powder.
* Step 5
Mix well and cook on low flame for two minutes. Add lemon juice and serve with coriander and chana daal chutney.
