Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash onion inflorescence and potato. Chop them.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a kadhai. Add ponch phutana and allow to splutter. Add dry and green chilli and saute for some seconds.
* Step 3
Add potay chunks and fry till golden brown. Then add pyaaz kalian. Mix salt and turmeric powder. Cook till done and serve with Poori/steamed rice.
