Spinach (palak) Veggies Subzi

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean, wash and chop Spinach and vegetables.
* Step 2
Heat oil and add the cumin and onion seeds and allow to sizzle. Add chopped onions, roasted garlic cloves, chopped green chilli and dry red chilli. Saute till onions are softened and translucent.
* Step 3
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder and salt and saute till tomatoes are soft.
* Step 4
Then add chopped veggies and sprig onions. Cook till half boiled. Meanwhile roast dry bodi with required oil and keep
* Step 5
Add the chopped Spinach with the boiled vegetables and toss.
* Step 6
When Spinach and vegetables are done, add the roasted bodi. Spinach dry curry is ready to serve.
