Mini Uttapam Pizza

#Nov #W3 #Cookpadindia As all of us know every year 14th November is observed as Children's Day in our country. This is a national celebration of the birthday of our first prime minister Shree Jawaharlal Nehru. To be a part of this celebration, I prepared Pizza Uttapam with veggies and oregano herb. My son who is working in Delhi loves this preparation.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Ferment the uttapam batter overnight.

* Step 2

Grease the pan and spread batter to make 2 mini pizzas at a time. Spread the tomato sauce, chopped mixed veggies, onion and dry ginger powder.

* Step 3

Next add chilli flakes, black pepper powder and oregano herbs.

* Step 4

Spread the grated mozzarella cheese at the end. Cover and cook the pizza at low heat for 8-9 minutes. Serve your children and make them happy with home made delicious and healthy pizza.
