Sago Appe/Sabudana Vada

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all ingredients except oil/ghee. First heat on low flame the appam pan. Oil both palms and take sago mixture to make balls for appam pan.
* Step 2
Grease the hole of pan with oil/ghee and place the sago vada in each hole.
* Step 3
Cover and cook for two minutes or more. Brush oil/ghee both sides of vada. Cook till vadas are crispy and golden brown. Serve with green coriander leaves chutney.
