Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Vegetables lik carrots,
Cauliflower, Beans, long beans, Tori, pumpkin, green papaya, Brinjal, potatoes, potal etc being used. Chop the veggies.
* Step 2
Heat 2 cups of water in a pan. When started boiling, add the chopped vegetables. Add turmeric and salt. Mix well.
* Step 3
Make coconut paste with grated coconut, ginger, and green chili. Set aside
* Step 4
To the half-boiled vegetables add coconut paste, mix, cover, and cook.
* Step 5
When the curry is prepared and beaten curd, mix well.
* Step 6
Then pour coconut oil and curry leaves. Allow cooking for a minute. Serve with hot rice.
