Red Amaranths (Chaulai ka Saag)

Amaranths is a simple easy and healthy, stir fried prepared recipe with less ingredients. As I prepared this recipe in Kerala style, I preferred to use grated coconut that enhance the taste.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Separate saag for steam. Chop soft stem to cook chopped saag.
* Step 2
Heat oil. Add mustard seeds and allow them to splutter. Saute re chili and then drop onion and garlic.
* Step 3
Saute till the rawness of onion and garlic is gone. Add a chopped soft stem of saag and salt.
* Step 4
Add saag and fry. Mix the grated coconut and saute till the saag is cooked.
* Step 5
Serve delicious amaranth as a side dish with rice.
