Ridge gourd and Mushroom Masala Curry

Ridge gourd/Tori and edible Mushrooms both are available during the monsoon season. Both the ingredients ridge gourd and mushroom have health benefits as well. Ridge gourd has many health benefits. It is rich in essential components like dietary fibers, water content, vitamin A, vitamin C, iron, magnesium, and vitamin B.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and lightly fry the mushroom. Chop the Tori.
* Step 2
Heat oil and splutter cumin seeds. Add the chopped onions and fry till golden brown. Add ginger and fry for half a minute.
* Step 3
Now mix dry masala powder salt, turmeric, chilli powder chopped tomatoes and saute.
* Step 4
Mix the mushroom with the veggies well. Cover and cook till done. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with Roti/Rice
