Spiny Gourd or Kantola
Spiny gourd is a seasonal monsoon vegetable. It is a rich source of antioxidants. This vegetable has many health benefits. In Odisha,we call it as Kankada. Different types of recipes can be made with this Spiny Gourd.l prepared Friend recipe with masala and rice flour. It's nice with Rice or as a popular recipe as pakoda.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the Kantola and half boil in the microwave for 4 minutes.
* Step 2
Add masala powder, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, besan, and rice flour. Mix well and keep for 2 minutes.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry till the Kantola are done and crispy. Serve with Rice or murmura as snacks.
